Dear Versatel,
FUCK YOU.
No love,
Sandra
The reason we still have an internet connection right now? Apparently Trisha's cancellation "didn't arrive" at Versatel, so they didn't cut our connection. So Dana told them that, well, tough luck, Trisha doesn't live here anymore and they'd better get their asses off the lines ASAP. To which they replied that as long as Trisha's contract isn't cancelled (and it's a two-year-contract) they're not even thinking about freeing up the lines (so that Arcor can set up the new connection). Uhm, HELLO WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU?? So if we had just randomly moved in here, without knowing Trisha, we wouldn't be able to get a phone connection either? ARGH SOMEONE PUNCH THOSE IDIOTS PLEASE!!
Supposedly they're going to look up the case some time (next week?) and then see if they can switch us off, but that means a whole new bunch of administrative blah with both Arcor and Versatel and god knows who else. DEAR UNIVERSE, CAN'T WE ALL JUST GET A FUCKING BREAK??
And dear Versatel, if you charge us anything for this crap, I'm going to be even more pissed.
To add at least a hint of optimism: At least my Arcor connection is switched off for now, so I won't have to continue paying double. And we'll be able to watch SPN tomorrow, and hopefully PB on Tuesday. Still: HATE. X( And also, I'm apparently developing a cold. *kicks whoever's resonsible*
(So, if I just randomly stop being around some day in the near future, they will have cut the connection and Arcor will probably need some time to react and do the new one. I WANT ONE DAMN THING TO GO SMOOTHLY FOR ONCE, DAMMIT!!)
FUCK YOU.

Sandra
